Selco appoints new marketing head

Selco Builders Warehouse has appointed Helen Cooper to head up its marketing team.


Cooper joins Selco after almost seven years as marketing manager for Travis Perkins, responsible for the Travis Perkins merchant brand, tool and equipment hire and Keyline brands.

In her new role, Cooper will be responsible for leading the customer retention and growth strategy and supporting the continued expansion of the company's network. Based at the head office in Kings Norton, Birmingham, she will report directly to managing director Chris Cunliffe.

Before joining Travis Perkins, Cooper held positions at Focus DIY as well as working at the British Standards Institution, a timber treatment company, and in local government.
