JELD-WEN, the UK’s leading manufacturer of timber windows, doors and stairs, has announced the appointment of Lee Frimston as Merchant Sales Director. Lee has taken over this key role from Steve Clarke, who had been part of the JELD-WEN team for 22 years.
Since beginning his JELD-WEN career in 2003 as National Account Manager, Lee has gathered extensive experience of delivering successful sales strategies to market. In his new role as Merchant Sales Director he will now focus on managing the manufacturer’s recently restructured regional sales team to provide best in class service with expertise and support across every product category.
Commenting on his new role, Frimston said: “I am extremely excited to be working closely with our loyal customer base to ensure JELD-WEN’s merchant sales team continue to deliver the best possible service and support. We are investing heavily in training to ensure we have the most knowledgeable sales team in the industry that can support our customers to continue to grow sales in 2017 and beyond.”
