Intact iQ Elevate 2017 Customer Conference

Intact Software held two customer conferences for it’s leading ERP software product, Intact iQ, in the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin and Mercedes Benz World, Surrey in November. The packed agenda, which was focused on the theme of using Intact iQ to further elevate our customers’ business, and led to 2 very busy and interactive days.

Opening the conference, CEO, Justin Lawless highlighted that the goal in creating Intact iQ “was to create a digital fabric that could lay across your business and mould itself to your processes.” The relevance of this message was enhanced as Justin went on to introduce how the conference would demonstrate the added benefits Intact iQ could bring to our customers’ business noting that, ‘’the digital fabric you chose for your business should never wash out.”

Throughout the course of the conference, the Intact Software team demonstrated how various new & existing features within the Intact iQ platform could enable our customers to improve processes, save time and/or money & access new technologies. Those in attendance received an in-depth look at how powerful mobile tools such as Intact Access could make day to day tasks in their business, so much easier.

Demonstrations of the Intact NeXus & Intact Analyst highlighted how Intact iQ could enable senior teams to manage by exception, moving organisations from being data-informed to data-driven. As part of the trading online segment Intact cliQX was demonstrated to showcase the benefits of using a fully integrated e-commerce solution with your ERP system.

Additional insight was provided by Brigid Marmion, Development Process Manager, who astounded the audience with her overview of the rigorous processes the development team apply to ensure bug fixes, new features and innovation items are progressed to the customer in an efficient, robust manner at a rate that is unprecedented in the marketplace.

Gary Brookshaw, Product Director, extended this conversation highlighting how every Intact iQ customer has access to our ideation platform.

 

Summarising the purpose of this ideation forum Brookshaw said: “We believe technology designed for your business, drives your business. This forum is one way to help us keep a finger on the pulse. Through suggested large or small changes, you (our customers) can make the difference. You have a voice in Intact Software.”

Intact’s Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder, Aidan Lawless closed the conference with an overview of the Intact iQ product roadmap leaving attendees excited about the future direction the product would be taking to help their business operate at its best.
