Bathroom specialist, Hudson Reed, is pleased to announce that it has received approval for its entire heating range, which includes its radiators and heated towel rails, to carry CE Marking.
Being fully CE certified means retailers and their customers have the peace of mind knowing that all products within Hudson Reed’s heating range has been independently tested and approved as safe according to their respective standardised regulations.
Speaking about gaining CE Marking for its heating range, James Abrams, Sales Director, Hudson Reed, said: “Being able to promote Hudson Reed’s radiators and heated towel rails as CE Approved is a great selling point for retailers. Increasingly, consumers buying and installing bathroom products are looking for CE Marking as it is a statement of safety, as well as quality and reflects the investment the manufacturer has put into the product through engineering, development and testing.”
CE or “Conformité Européene,” which literally means “European Conformity” Marking is known Europe-wide as a mark of safety and quality and is important to those selling and buying bathroom products as well as manufacturers producing the products. Bathrooms, with its water and moisture can be quite a hostile environment and it is reassuring to know that products carrying the CE Marking have been tested to perform safely and robustly, within such an environment.
