DW Nye helps Horsham charity

Kingsfold based builders merchant D.W. Nye is helping to raise funds for local Horsham charity Born Free with a Christmas inspired competition ‘Guess how many sweets are hidden inside the Gingerbread House’.

The baked masonry masterpiece, was made by Kat Giannini – partner of D.W. Nye’s managing director Rex Nye – and comes complete with its very own gingerbread pick-up truck filled to the brim with sweets. It took 4.5 hours to bake and a further day to decorate before being transported to its final home as the centrepiece of D.W. Nye’s Christmas decorations at its depot on Dorking Road.

Local residents are being invited to visit the depot any time between Monday 4th December and Friday 22nd December 2017 to guess the total number of sweets hidden inside the gingerbread house and the truck.  The person with the best estimate will win a Luscious Hamper.
