Timber window and door specialist Dale Joinery has expanded its team with the appointment of two new area sales managers – Spencer Marco and Carl Mushing.

Brought in to support the existing sales team as part of Dale’s continued expansion, both Marco and Mushing bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge, having previously worked in the joinery and building trades.

Marco joins as South and South East Area Sales Manager, having previously worked for XL Joinery in the South East and Kingspan as a Business Development Manager.

He is accompanied by Mushing who will be covering the South West Region as Area Sales Manager, having previously built a career in the trade with companies such as Jewson, Tool Station and B&Q.

As branch manager for the Torquay branch of Tool Station, Carl built up the branch to become one of the busiest in the UK, before joining the Exeter branch of Jewson, managing the busy trade counter.

Both say they are relishing the opportunity to work with merchants, builders and homeowners across their own territories to deliver tailored solutions to building projects.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to work much more on the specification side of the industry, working closely with our customers to ensure they get the best solutions for their projects with a range of high quality timber windows and doors that really make a difference,” said Marco.

“To be able to be brought in early in the planning and design stage and then work with the client through the whole process to build completion is fantastic,” added Marco whose areas will include Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Bedfordshire.

The closer customer relationship is also something Mushing is looking forward to.

“The quality of the range of timber windows and doors we offer, combined with the focus on customer service and support, has made Dale Joinery a leading name in the sector in the UK and I’m looking forward to working with developers and builders to deliver the best results on their projects,” he said.

Dale Joinery’s National Sales Manager Matt Chambers is delighted to welcome the skills and experience of Spencer and Carl into the team.

“It’s fantastic to bring the level of experience and knowledge of working in the trade, that both Spencer and Carl have built up, to the team here at Dale. Our approach to focusing on working closely with customers to support their projects has been the platform for our continued growth, and Spencer and Carl are key to this and will bring real benefits to our customers given their backgrounds,” said Chambers.
