Covers raises funds for Aldingbourne Trust

Covers in Chichester has raised £332 for Aldingbourne Trust by taking part in the charity’s Wear It Green Day.

Staff at the timber and builders merchants on Quarry Lane supported the worthy cause by cooking up a storm barbecuing bacon rolls in return for donations from customers and colleagues. 

Aldingbourne Trust is dedicated to helping adults with learning disabilities to lead enriched and fulfilling lives by unlocking their potential through education, training and specialist care, and building strong partnerships with local businesses and employers.

Covers Chichester Trade Centre Manager Martyn Beck said:

“Following our fundraising efforts last year, we are delighted to once again be supporting Aldingbourne Trust and the incredible work their team does on behalf of our community. 

“We had a great deal of fun during the day with lots of hungry guests buying our bacon rolls.  We would like to thank everyone who attended and helped us to raise money for such a worthy cause.”
