You know that feeling when you’ve been to a really good party that what you want more than anything is to do it all again? Well, that’s what BMJ are doing.

I – and hopefully all of you who came too – had such a fab time at our first BMJ Industry Awards in May, that we’re doing it all over again. In May 2019, with, we hope, just as much pizzazz and excitement, a bit more fizz and frivolity and even more determination to celebrate what is great and good about this industry.

The full details on all the awards, the categories, the criteria and the sponsorship opportunities are now available over on the BMJ Industry Awards website. It’s for companies and individuals to nominate either themselves or others whom they feel are deserving of the warmth and adoration of their peers.

The entry form is live now, here; once the nominations are in, all the entries will be put forward for voting via our ultra-secure online voting portal.

Check out the new details on the website: as last year, we aim to celebrate the very best that the merchanting industry has to offer from smaller independents to major multiples and national chains, from independent rising stars to the best customer service that merchants receive from suppliers.

What this industry does better than any other I’ve known, is get together and build businesses together, by building solid, working relationships along the way and enjoying the odd tipple or two and a good gossip.
