Alumasc Water Management Solutions (AWMS) have added to their growing team with the appointment of Ryan Odey as new area sales manager for Alumasc Rainwater and Gatic Civil Drainage.
Odey will cover the South West and South Wales for Rainwater, and the South West for Gatic.
Odey’s experience is in builders’ merchanting, starting his career as a trainee with Plumb Centre before moving into a management role at Drain Centre. He was also a Manager at independent merchant Delta Plumbing and worked with Civils merchant UGS (later acquired by Keyline).
Rainwater national sales manager Pete Wainer said: “We’re pleased to welcome Ryan to the team. Alumasc Rainwater continues to grow strongly with a leading metal range – Aluminium, Cast Iron and Steel – that outperforms all others. Having a new representative in the South West will enhance the support we offer our merchant customers through site surveys, in-branch training, marketing and much more.”
Gatic national sales manager, Steve Mascall adds: “It’s also been a busy 12 months since the launch of our channel drain Filcoten to merchants so Ryan’s appointment is timely to support our growth.”
